Position: Hostess
Seasonal/full-time/part-time

 Staying informed about on-site brewery and changing menu items as well as farm attractions and events

 Greet customers on arrival and ensure they receive attentive service

 Answer questions about the farm and direct customers to their desired destinations

 Seating patrons, passing out menus

 Maintaining waitlist and giving accurate wait time estimates

 Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff

 Light side work; stocking, cleaning, and organization

 Assisting bussers with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping dining area neat

 

 Professional, respectful, and positive demeanor

 Strong communication skills–ability to effectively listen, read & speak clearly

 Fun-loving, friendly, and energetic

 High Stamina and ability to multi-task

 Ability to function as a team player maintaining clear lines of communication with employees and managers across departments farm wide.
