Full Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator (ILFCB)

Duties include:

  •  A/P, A/R, Payroll
  • Reconciliations and month end reporting
  • Sales tax filing
  • Administrative and clerical duties to support the business
  • Hours are 9-5, 5 days per week, on-site (not remote)


Required qualifications:

  •  Associates Degree or higher and 5+ years accounting experience
  • QuickBooks and payroll experience a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, Cloud based file management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and math skills
  • Restaurant / Hospitality / service industry or brewery accounting a plus
  • Clear communication skills and ability to demonstrate accuracy

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate: Altamont, NY 12009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
