Full Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator (ILFCB)
Duties include:
- A/P, A/R, Payroll
- Reconciliations and month end reporting
- Sales tax filing
- Administrative and clerical duties to support the business
- Hours are 9-5, 5 days per week, on-site (not remote)
Required qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher and 5+ years accounting experience
- QuickBooks and payroll experience a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, Cloud based file management
- Strong organizational, time management, and math skills
- Restaurant / Hospitality / service industry or brewery accounting a plus
- Clear communication skills and ability to demonstrate accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Experience: Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
