Responsibilities:

 Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently

 Wiping and sanitizing tables between quests

 Tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping dining area neat

 Cleaning any spills in the kitchen and dining areas

 Helping the Dishwashers by sorting and organizing used tableware and readying it for washing

 Cleaning any spills in food service and dining areas

Job Requirements

 Professional, respectful and positive demeanor

 High Stamina

 Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for long hours

 Ability to function as a team player maintaining clear lines of communication with kitchen and front of house staff.
