This malty Vienna-Style Lager is made with German Pilsner, Pale Chocolate and Dark Crystal malts. Hopped with Nugget & Helderberg. Meant to mimic a certain Canadian brand…you get it.

made with lion’s mane mushrooms from Collar City Mushrooms, in Troy,  & chickpeas, chardonnay-caperberry aioli, pickled lemon, on a bed of lemon artichoke dressed greens from Olde Saratoga Mercantile, in Schuylerville, vegan parmesan, fried caperberry

A cider made with estate grown Rosemary. Has a tart and savory flavor, with aromas of bright herbs and sweet apples.
